Hi all:

I finally got a chance to go through the list of reserved players to see which players had failed to be reactivated and there were a lot (including several from my team).

I've listed the entire waiver wire below. The last list are players that are not currently active in the majors, but spent long enogh there that they should have been reactivated. Since they aren't currently in the majors, they are not eligible to be picked up.
